Known as “K.G.” in certain close circles, Kristin Holstein is originally from Lake Bluff, IL. After graduating with a Bachelors degree in International Relations from USC in 1998, she decided to plunge into the chaotic world of advertising. After working for companies such as Ogilvy and Mather, and TBWA/Chiat/Day for several years as an Art Buyer, she decided enough was enough. Longing to work in the world of fashion for years, she decided to start her own handbag company, hence the birth of KAGE. With an ever-roaming eye for detail, and an almost obsessive love for scoping flea markets for the perfect find, she finally decided to hone her exceptional skills at FIT. After taking an accessory design class, she knew she found her calling. Her debut handbags and clutches represent her love for a vintage aesthetic modified to suit the modern, sophisticated woman no matter what her style is. Adorned with a signature "good luck" horseshoe in honor of her mother's love of horses, she hopes you enjoy her pieces and carry them with love. Kristin resides in Gramercy Park, NYC with her adorable min pin Jackson.

As Jacques Lorette's first complete dress collection, it served as a memorial to the passing of the designer's younger brother after a battle with cancer, and played  with the dichotomy between angels and demons of the afterlife. "Sinfully Silky" is a collection of sophisticated yet sexy silk dresses, perhaps more simple and sophisticated than any of Jacques' previous painted scarf designs/swimwear collections, using only varied silk weights in white, red, black, and gold, in cocktail-style Spring evening dresses. The styles were all "One size fits most", in that they were fastened with empire-waist bows and adjustable necklines with enough ease to fit almost all female bodies, with comfort and versatility. Although the dresses lacked the hand-painted detailing that is signature Jacques Lorette (allowing for more wearable, affordable garments, rather than artworks), the designer stayed true to her "purist" roots by using fine silks for the.

OIAL read backwards is LAIO. It's an acronym for once in a lifetime. The underlying premise is that all of LAIO's products are unique. Art jewerly bursting with creative energy. The designer behind the adornments made at LAIO is Tatiana Pages. Chilean by birth, she has lived and studied in the Dominican Republic and the United States, she has traveled extensively in Europe and the Americas. Her life-affirming force is infused in each piece she designs and hand-makes. Tatiana has selected the natural and the unnatural, the enduring and the ephemeral, as the elements of her works of body decorative art. The resulting talisman, vital as the rare minerals and ethic beads that are incorporated in them, have an aura all their own. These tangles of gemstones and precious materials co-existing with trash and the object trouvé are tangible metaphors for joy and exuberance. They are world music made visible, made wearable. It is their individuality that gives them the life that makes them so noticeable and harmonious with you, with nature and with your essence.

The idea behind the full collection was also to construct the perfect garments, meaning garments which easily can go from day into night, worn with a pair of gazelles or a pair of guisseppe zanotti's. It's for the girl with doesn't necessarily pound the pavement in pumps and hose, but pounds no less. The muse behind the line is its owner and equally her lifestyle, Robyn D. Webb.

Growing up on a farm in Tripoli, Iowa, where fashion is of little concern, KahriAnne Kerr (designer/owner of Kahri) broke the mold. She was tired of generic mall clothes, so KahriAnne started to make her own clothes. Having no previous fashion/sewing experience, KahriAnne taught herself how to sew and design. In the spring of 2002 (KahriAnne's freshman year at BYU-Idaho) KahriAnne showed her first collection on the runway. Then KahriAnne set up a small shop in Waverly, Iowa where she sold her clothing and artwork. KahriAnne attended Iowa State University the next year (2002-2003), where she showed her second collection on the runway. The hip local boutique, Zushy* picked up the Kahri line, and KahriAnne quickly became a local celebrity. KahriAnne then headed off to New York City to attend the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2003-2005. Kahri was picked up by a few NY boutiques and then business steadily expanded across the country, the globe, and the web. Kahri is now available in boutiques across the US, the UK, Canada, Israel, and at many online boutiques. Kahri isn't just clothing, it's an attitude. You have to be hip, funky, and sure of yourself to strut in Kahri gear. Kahri is a lil' bit rock 'n roll and a whole lot of style! Best of all, Kahri believes that you shouldn't have to be rich to be stylish, so everyone can afford sexy, hip, funky clothes made with love and attitude by KahriAnne Kerr herself! So go on and Be Rebellious!
