The Fashion Institute of Technology presents the 3rd Annual "Creative Enterprise Designers Showcase" Holiday Shopping Event.

 

Available for purchase will be distinctive one-of-a-kind and limited edition women's, men’s, and children's apparel, accessories, and jewelry, along with fine and decorative art. The participating 22 designers are CEO Alumni and FIT graduates chosen by a panel of fashion industry judges. Some of the new designers have worked alongside Vivienne Westwood and Zac Posen and been worn by Beyonce and Brazilian Super Model Daniela Sarahyba. Designers have also been featured in DNR, New York Magazine, Barneys and Caravan NYC.

 

New Designers include; Lauren Bagliore, ekeko, Dish Designs, Glam 606, Silbo Designs, Liz Shaw Design, Sweet As Pie Cards, L Line, Oktak, Chloe's Crowns, Erbert Chong, Anne DePasquale, Alison McPherson, Bridget O'Connell, Jessica Banda, Anthony Kirby, Zoe Schneider, Maria Pantino, Marcela Scvirer, Denise Conboy, Lisa Aviva, & Naaz Designs.

 

The public can shop ‘til they drop at this spectacular event on Saturday & Sunday, December 17-18, 2005, from 12-6 pm, at FIT-The Great Hall Seventh Avenue at 28th Street, NYC. There will be goodies galore! And a Fashion Show at 3pm on Saturday Only. Admission is free & gift bags will be given to the 1st 100 customers. Items may be purchased by cash or check. Many designers will be taking custom orders.

 

Creative Enterprise Ownership (CEO) is part of FIT’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies, and offers a series of 20 courses covering all aspects of launching and operating a successful small business. The organizing group, Design Mavens, joined forces in 2003 because of their passion for individualistic design, and their desire to share this passion with the world, working in collaboration with Fashion Institute of Technology, New York City boutiques, and individual trunk shows.
